1. What we collect
- Your email address (for sign-in and account recovery).
- Your display name and chosen username.
- Your IP address and basic usage metadata (page views, votes, submissions) for moderation and abuse prevention.
- If you sign in with Google, the public profile fields Google provides (name and photo URL).
2. How we use it
We use your data solely to run the Service — authenticating you, tracking your activity to power the feed, detecting abuse, and responding to support requests.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with:
- Google (Firebase Authentication + Google Cloud) — for authentication and hosting.
- Law enforcement — only when legally required.
4. Cookies
We use session cookies strictly to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
5. Your rights
You may delete your account at any time — this permanently removes your user record and releases your username. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you by emailing us.
6. Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Server logs containing IPs are kept for up to 90 days for abuse investigation.
